Reservation & Payment

Step 1. Check the latest price bracket on our website and choose your desired tour package. ( Type “Price Inquiry Only” on the contact person field if you do not yet want to get a reservation)
Step 2. Fill up the necessary information on the sample form shown below and email it to us at caramoantravel@gmail.com or pasaherobooking@yahoo.com

Pickup and Drop Off Caramoan Guijalo port : No additional payment on posted rates.
Pickup and Drop Off Sabang port : Add P1,000 per person.
Pickup and Drop Off Naga Airport/ CBD Bus terminal/ CWC/ Naga area : Add P2,000 per person for tour groups with 2 to 3 persons. Add P1,500 per person for tour  groups with 4 to 10 persons.

Step 3. We will send you a price quotation of your desired tour package and also the amount of downpayment necessary for reservation.
Step 4. We will send you via E-mail the Unionbank or BDO Account number where you can deposit your downpayment.
Step 5. Go to the nearest Unionbank or BDO branch and deposit the exact downpayment amount.
Step 6. Inform us via E-mail if you had already made the deposit and tell us also the bank branch where you made the depost. (please keep the bank receipt for records purposes)
Step 7. Caramoan Travel and Tours / Pasahero Booking Travel and Tours will verify your downpayment.
Step 8. Upon successful verification, we will E-mail an order confirmation and summary of your reservation along with the name and phone number of the assigned tour coordinator for your group. The assigned tour coordinator will text or call your contact number 1-2 days before your scheduled caramoan tour. It is also advisable to contact your assigned tour coordinator at least 2 days before your scheduled tour.

Payment Terms

A Non-Refundable downpayment is required before we can reserve your desired schedule. Once we receive your downpayment, your scheduled date is already secured. Downpayments should be made ASAP or at least 2 Days before your desired tour date. For the months of April and May, downpayments should be made as soon as possible.

The number of pax or persons per group is based on the number of adults in your group. Kids are not counted from the number of pax or persons per group because they have a separate discounted rate.

Discounted rate for Kids is as follows:

SUPER CHEAP TOUR PACKAGE

3 yrs old and below – FREE
4 to 8 years old – NO DISCOUNT / Same Rate as Adults
9 years old and up – NO DISCOUNT / Same Rate as Adults

For every 2 Adults in your group, 1 kid can avail of the discounted rate.

SPECIAL TOUR PACKAGE

3 yrs old and below – FREE
4 to 8 years old – 50% DISCOUNT
9 years old and up – NO DISCOUNT / Same Rate as Adults

For every 2 Adults in your group, 1 kid can avail of the discounted rate.

The Downpayment is to be paid via Cash Deposits on the Unionbank or Banco De Oro bank account of the “Caramoan Travel and Tours Services” representative that is assigned on your group. You pay the rest of the Balance once you arrive in Caramoan.

Reschedule Policy

You can re-schedule your Caramoan Tour for up to 2 months from your original tour date. Reschedule is Only Valid if you inform us 1 week before your scheduled tour date. You can only reschedule once.
